Bonaventure Expressway: Closure in both directions at Pierre-Dupuy Avenue

LONGUEUIL, QC, Oct. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) wishes to announce the continuation of major maintenance work on the Bonaventure Expressway, involving two complete closures in both the east and west directions, (Scenario C) at Exit 2 (Pierre-Dupuy Avenue) from Friday, October 15, at 10 PM until Monday, October 18, at 5 AM. Please note that two out of three lanes will be closed towards downtown Montreal as of 8 PM on Friday, October 15.
These closures allow for the completion of work on the deck and paving in the Pierre-Dupuy Avenue sector (Exit 2 of the Bonaventure Expressway).
Detour roads have been planned for the construction area. We invite you to consult our map (http://bit.ly/bplZzT) presenting the different closure scenarios.
Scenario C
Complete closure of the Bonaventure Expressway - eastbound (Champlain Bridge) and westbound (Downtown Montreal) at Exit 2, including:
- Closure of the access ramp by Wellington Street
- Closure of one of two southbound lanes on Pierre-Dupuy Avenue and one northbound lane on Des Irlandais Street.
