LAVAL, QC, May 23, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - BONE Structure of Laval, QC, renowned for its patented technology of light steel construction system and its timeless architectural houses, reveals its very first ecological commercial project, by collaborating with Brio Inc. of Sherbrooke, Qc for the architectural design and construction of the first intelligent car wash, located at the Ultramar station Highway 112 in Magog, Qc.
According to the President of BRIO, Maxime Surprenant, "We selected BONE Structure because the company shares our culture for innovation and our respect for the environment. From their timeless architectural design to the ingenuity of their fast and ecological building system, as well as their production capacity across Canada, this relationship guarantees a deployment of our car washes according to the demand. "
The structure of the car wash is efficiently assembled in just a few days. The patented system avoids waste of time and materials, because there is no cutting on site. BONE Structure light steel building technology can be assembled as easy as a Meccano® erector set, with only one tool. In addition, the pre-cut openings in the structure allow for fast installation of the car wash mechanical utilities and, therefore a business ready to operate.
From construction to washing cars, unprecedented ecological considerations! The BONE Structure is made from recycled steel and generates no waste on the job site. The Brio car wash can recycle up to 95% of the 300 liters of water wasted by a conventional car wash. FINALLY, a truly integrated environmental project. From the architectural concept to the operation of the business itself, we minimize the environmental impact in the short and long term.
Having established its credibility in the residential market in Quebec and continuing to expand its network of authorized builders across Canada, Marc A. Bovet, President of BONE Structure, says he is ready to enter the light commercial building market. "The BONE Structure is first of all a technology that allows architects, developers and builders to offer INCOMPARABLE buildings, both in architectural design and on their environmental impact. Our intentions, to change the world of housing and changing housing throughout the world, are in line with the application of our technology in buildings for various purposes such as small neighborhood businesses, restaurants, banks, car washes of course, or other businesses."
