Boralex announces election of directors

MONTREAL, May 8, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Boralex Inc. ("Boralex" or the "Corporation") (TSX: BLX) announced today that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 14, 2013 were elected as directors of Boralex. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at Boralex's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 8, 2013 are set out below.

All of the nominees proposed by management were elected by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting as follows:
