Boralex puts into operation three new sites in France
MONTREAL, Oct 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Boralex Inc. (" Boralex ") is proud to announce the commissioning of three new wind farms with an installed capacity totaling nearly 50 MW.
All located in France, the Ronchois, Chasse-Marée and Le Grand Camp sites respectively have an installed capacity of 30 MW, 9.2 MW and 10 MW. The addition of these new sites brings Boralex's wind sector to a total installed capacity of 210 MW, including 160 MW in France.
To this end, Mr. Patrick Lemaire, President and Chief Executive Officer mentions that: "France remains a strategic geographical area for the development of Boralex and we plan to pursue our growth there in the coming years." He also adds: ''We rely on our European Partnership with Cube Infrastructure to continue growing in this region."
