Boyd Group Income Fund Confirms Notice Date for Debenture Conversion
WINNIPEG, Oct. 2, 2017 /CNW/ - Boyd Group Income Fund (TSX: BYD.UN) ("the Fund" or "the Boyd Group" or "Boyd") confirms that, further to the press release dated September 6, 2017, holders of the Fund's outstanding 5.25% Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Debentures due October 31, 2021 (the "Debentures") must give notice to the Trustee by 5:00 p.m. EDT on October 10, 2017 to elect to convert the Debentures into Fund units at the Conversion Price.
Capitalized terms used above and not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Trust Indenture dated as of September 29, 2014.
