Boyuan begins new retail project in Zhejiang Province valued at US $6.2
million
TORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - Boyuan Construction Group, Inc., (TSX: BOY & BOY.DB) a fast-growing construction company in China of commercial, residential and municipal infrastructure projects, announced today that it has initiated the construction of a retail project valued at US $6.2 million. The 42,000 square meter building, which will be developed in Haining City, a growing city located in China's Zhejiang province, will be used as a supermarket. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of calendar 2011.
"Ongoing growth in the Yangtze River Delta is fueling demand for the construction of new buildings that complement our traditional residential and commercial projects," said Mr. Cai Liang Shou, Chairman of Boyuan Construction Group. "These new projects, such as the building of a retail supermarket, support expanding populations in the region and the need for a full array of modern buildings and infrastructure."
Zhejiang province forms part of the Yangtze River Delta, one Boyuan's primary markets along with Hainan Island and Shandong province.
