BRIAN SCHACHTER ACQUIRES COMMON SHARES OF NIGHTINGALE

TORONTO, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Brian Schachter announced today that, through a private corporation controlled Brian Schachter has acquired 1,429,331 common shares of Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale") pursuant to a private off exchange transaction. After giving effect to the acquisition, Mr. Schachter, together with the controlled private corporation, directly and indirectly will hold approximately 18.5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nightingale. The purchase price for the common shares was $0.27 per common share for an aggregate purchase price of $385,919.

Mr. Schachter has purchased these securities for investment purposes and may increase or decrease the investment in these securities depending upon future market conditions.
