("BrightPath" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BPE), the leading Canadian provider of high-quality early childhood education and care, announced today that it will be holding its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto, Ontario on Monday, June 6, 2016.
Shareholders and interested parties are invited to attend the meeting to be held at the Hilton Toronto located at 145 Richmond Street West, Toronto, at 12:30 pm.
Subsequent to the formal portion of the meeting, Mary Ann Curran, CEO of BrightPath, will be leading a presentation discussing BrightPath's accomplishments, recently-opened development centres, growth plans and other priorities.
