New International Network of Transformation and Management Consultancies
MONTREAL, Jan. 31, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Caroline Ménard, President and Partner of brio, and Marc Sabatier, President of Julhiet Sterwen, are pleased to announce the launch of a new international network of transformation and management consultancies. Adding to their existing partnership, brio and Julhiet Sterwen are now joining forces to create a strategic alliance designed to guide companies and organizations through their transformations across Europe and Canada.
The success of corporate transformations rests on three key factors: a clear vision and strategy; taking a human approach when defining strategies; and taking local considerations into account during implementation. These principles allow for the simultaneous reinvention of companies and their leaders.
Both independent and leaders in their respective markets, brio and Julhiet Sterwen share the conviction that long-term competitiveness requires a simultaneous understanding of human and business dimensions, as well as the permanent alignment of the following considerations: strategic thinking; business models; client relations; appropriating the vision; operational organization and effectiveness; management styles; work modes and environments; and skills.
To keep delivering more efficient and innovative guidance solutions to their growing roster of transatlantic clients, brio and Julhiet Sterwen have decided to combine their know-how, expertise and skills as part of an ambitious collective development project.
"Brio and Julhiet Sterwen have many things in common, including our client approach, our human-based convictions, and our significant size in our respective markets," comments Caroline Ménard, President and Partner of brio. "At the same time, we both have the agility and reactivity that our clients demand. Our two firms are developing significantly, and this new alliance focused on clients and growth allows us to think even bigger."
This alliance ushers in a major new international network of transformation and management consultancies called The Transformation League.
In addition to brio and Julhiet Sterwen, The Transformation League will bring together a limited number of independent transformation and management consultancies, all leaders in their respective markets, sharing the same convictions, outlook and values. Operating on a human scale in cooperative mode with a promise to offer their clients global guidance while addressing local issues, these firms will position themselves as an alternative to large, integrated international networks.
"The Transformation League was created with our clients in mind, based on the values of trust, cooperation, simplicity, innovation, expertise and fun," adds Marc Sabatier, President of Julhiet Sterwen. "By the next few months, The Transformation League will cover most key geographic areas for its clients, and we'll be in a position to deliver comprehensive expertise and guidance solutions to help them define and implement their strategies and transformations, in keeping with these values."
