Mike Reno joins The Brother Jake Show on Vancouver's Classic Rock 101
VANCOUVER, Dec. 8 /CNW/ - Celebrating its 40th year of classic rock in Vancouver, Classic Rock 101 is thrilled to announce that legendary Canadian rock icon Mike Reno of Loverboy has joined the dynamic on-air lineup at Rock 101 as the new co-host of The Brother Jake Show starting on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. The Brother Jake Show airs weekdays from 5:30 to 10 a.m.
Since 1980, Loverboy has sold millions of records worldwide and even more with movies like Top Gun and Footloose. Reno remains a major figure in Canadian music celebrating more than 30 years with Loverboy this year. In addition to holding the record for most Juno Awards ever received by a single artist, Mike and Loverboy were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the 2009 Juno Awards. Mike and Loverboy will continue to perform across North America throughout the year.
