Episode 4 Recap
The Top 14 home cooks arrived at the Air Canada Centre to discover that their first team challenge would be to prepare lunch for current Toronto Maple Leaf players including James Van Riemsdyk and past Leafs Wendel Clark and Darryl Sittler. Pino captained the blue team and picked Marida, Julie, Dora, Tammara, Carly, and Danielle. They faced off against the white team - Josh, Mike, Eric, Brooke, and Kaila who were led by Dale.
Tensions ran high as both teams wanted to avoid the dreaded Pressure Test. Team white lost the challenge and Dale saves himself and Danny who couldn't participate because he was sick, leaving Eric, Mike, Josh, and Brooke to make pasta uova di ravioli - a single ravioli with egg yolk and spinach ricotta filling in butter sage sauce. At the end of the episode Brooke was eliminated.
MASTERCHEF CANADA airs Mondays at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CT on CTV and CTV GO (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). Last night's episode is now available on demand at CTV.ca and the CTV GO app.
