TORONTO, June 10, 2016 /CNW/ - Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. (the Company) (TSX: BRE) announced the voting results for the directors elected at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 4, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario.

Management received the following proxies from holders of restricted voting shares in regard to the election of the four directors nominated by this shareholder class:

In addition, management received a proxy from the holder of the one outstanding special voting share for the appointment of Mr. Spencer Enright as the sole designated director appointed by this shareholder class.
