BSM Announces Voting Results from Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, March 13, 2015 /CNW/ - BSM Technologies Inc. ("BSM" or the "Company") (TSX-V: GPS), a leading provider of remote monitoring, fleet management, fleet diagnostics and automated vehicle security systems, today announced voting results from its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held yesterday in Toronto.

A total of 25,532,365 common shares, representing 53.51% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the Meeting. BSM shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of each of the following director nominees:

Mr. Frank Maw
Mr. Aly Rahemtulla  
Mr. Pierre Bélanger  
Mr. Greg Rokos  
Mr. David Yach

The resolutions with respect to (i) the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors, and (ii) the re-approval of the Company's First Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan, all as further described in the Company's management information circular dated February 10, 2015 (the "Circular"), were passed at the Meeting.

At the first meeting of the elected Board of Directors held immediately after the Meeting, the following individuals were re-appointed as officers of the Company:

Mr. Aly Rahemtulla, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Louis De Jong, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Suresh Periyalwar, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Stewart Pinos, Chief Commercial Officer
