BSM Technologies establishes distribution partnership with Blue Oceans Satellite Systems
TORONTO, Aug. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - BSM Technologies Inc.("BSM" or the "Company") (TSX-V: GPS), a leading provider of remote monitoring, fleet management, fleet diagnostics and automated vehicle security systems, today announced that it has signed a mutual distribution partnership agreement with Blue Oceans Satellite Systems Inc. ("Blue Oceans"). Under the agreement Blue Oceans will integrate BSM's Sentinel solutions with its existing fleet and asset monitoring product line and become BSM's sole provider for Iridium and Globalstar satellite data communications hardware and services.
