MONTREAL, Dec. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of December 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on January 14, 2011 to unitholders of record on December 31, 2010.

As at the close of business on December 14, 2010, 51,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
