BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announces its distribution for the month of
January 2010

MONTREAL , Jan. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of January 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on February 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2010 .

As at the close of business on January 14, 2010 , 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
