BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announces its distribution for the month of
March 2010

MONTREAL, March 16 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of March 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on April 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on March 31, 2010.

As at the close of business on March 15, 2010, 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
