MONTREAL, Nov. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of November 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on December 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on November 30, 2010.

As at the close of business on November 12, 2010, 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
