BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announces its distribution for the month of
October 2009

MONTREAL , Oct. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of October 2009 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on November 16, 2009 to unitholders of record on October 31, 2009 .

As at the close of business on October 14, 2009 , 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
