Buckingham Sports Acquires Cambridge Ice Parks

CAMBRIDGE, ON, March 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Buckingham Sports Properties Company, owner of Chesswood and Westwood Arenas in Toronto, and an affiliate of The InterTech Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cambridge Ice Parks effective today.

Buckingham will immediately begin a modernization program to upgrade the facilities which will include substantial improvements to the ice rinks, baseball and softball diamonds, bar and restaurant and volleyball courts.

The property will be renamed Cambridge Sports Park.
