BW Park Place Limited Partnership - Extension of the offer period and take up of limited partnership units
BURLINGTON, ON, July 9, 2015 /CNW/ - BW Park Place Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") and Waterloo Heights Properties Ltd. ("Waterloo") announced today that Waterloo has taken up 1680 Class F partnership units and 390 Class G partnership units that were validly deposited pursuant the offer to purchase for consideration of $768.75 per partnership unit (the "Offer"). The partnership units taken up by Waterloo under the Offer, together with those already owned by Waterloo, represent 89.4% of the Class F and 60.9% of the Class G partnership units respectively.
Waterloo has extended the Offer until 5:00pm (Toronto time) on August 10, 2015 to enable the remaining partnership unitholders who have not yet tendered their partnership units to accept the Offer. The independent committee of the Partnership has unanimously recommended that partnership unitholders tender their units to Waterloo. All of the directors of the independent committee, responsible for evaluating the Offer, have already tendered their units under the Offer.

Reappointment of Auditors: BDO LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, were reappointed as auditors of the Partnership.
