VANCOUVER, March 13, 2018 /CNW/ - Canada's Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr will be in Vancouver this week for the 2018 GLOBE Forum. During his visit, he will deliver remarks as part of a session on Climate Energy Futures: Mitigating Risk, Driving Opportunity, tour the GLOBE Canada Pavilion and meet with key Canadian and global business leaders, to discuss Canada's plan for a clean energy future.
GLOBE is a preeminent opportunity to highlight how Canada's natural resources sectors can deliver sustainable benefits for the environment and the economy for generations to come. It will also set the stage for the Clean Energy Ministerial and Mission Innovation, which Canada will host in Vancouver in May 2019.
