CAA-Quebec at the 25th International Tourism & Travel Show: Advice and guidance for the travel experience of your dreams! Français
MONTREAL, Oct. 24, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - CAA-Quebec is marking the 25th edition of the International Tourism & Travel Show by offering visitors a series of 24 conferences on various tours and cruises exclusive to CAA-Quebec Travel. From October 24 to 26, it's the perfect opportunity to explore a number of exciting travel possibilities and—why not—dream a little!
Sharing expertise
During the three-day show at Place Bonaventure, CAA-Quebec will be presenting eight conferences each day, sure to interest both travel buffs and the merely curious. On the agenda: virtual visits to Vietnam, Norway, Iceland, Panama and other destinations. The 30-minute conferences are hosted by one of CAA-Quebec Travel's tour group guides, and feature overviews of the main attractions and points of interest for each destination along with practical tips for prospective travellers about various aspects of the trip.
"The purpose of these conferences is to showcase the distinctive aspects of CAA-Quebec's exclusive travel products, whether it's the experienced, knowledgeable guides who accompany our groups, the exclusive activities available, or the small size of the groups, which ensures that local guides are more available," says Angelina Miconiatis, Senior Director, Travel Products with CAA-Quebec Travel. "These are special moments for visitors to the show, because in addition to previewing dream destinations for them, our presenters also share valuable advice to help them choose their next vacation destination and prepare for the trip."
The importance of being well informed before sailing
There is a wealth of information that travellers planning to go on a cruise need to know before they choose a specific product. This includes the scheduled itinerary, stops and attractions, the number of days at sea, and which items are included in the price. Besides sharing this and other information crucial to ensuring a successful cruise, the presenters will talk about their most memorable overseas adventures!
A range of attractive activities, all under one roof
Once again this year, visitors to the CAA-Quebec booth will be well served with a range of activities: they can benefit from the expertise of travel counsellors, book exclusive packages on site, discover practical travel items, and get valuable information on travel insurance, essential for leaving on a trip with peace of mind. There will also be contests specially designed for the event, with a $1,000 travel credit and a luggage set awaiting the lucky winners. More information is available at caaquebec.com.
