CAA SCO service advisory: CAA asks for Members' patience in the London area
THORNHILL, ON, Dec. 7 /CNW/ - Due to the extreme weather conditions in the London, Ont., area, CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) will be prioritizing service to our Members that are stranded on the road.
Due to the poor road conditions, estimated wait times in the London area for service are running at two hours from the time Members' calls are placed.
We would ask Members in the London area who are home safe to please be patient in light of this and know that service providers will attend to you in as timely a fashion as the weather permits. Your patience will allow our service providers to assist those Members requiring the most urgent attention first.
Please also note that unless your road has been plowed, and your vehicle is accessible, our service vehicles will not be able to access you to provide service.
