TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - The Canadian Association of Journalists is very happy to announce that our membership card service is back by popular demand.

The cards are free as part of the CAJ membership fee. Sign up for membership here.
CAJ issues membership cards to regular (journalist) members, which includes student members. Associate members, including retired journalists, are not eligible for a card. Find more information on membership categories here.
The membership card is just one of many benefits to members. For example, current members gain reduced entry fees to the annual CAJ conference and all CAJ events, which can save hundreds of dollars over the space of a year. The next annual CAJ conference will be held May 3-5, 2013 in Ottawa.
Recently announced CAJ benefits include corporate membership rates for CAA South Central Ontario, Manulife health and dental plan coverage and access to discount website perkopolis.
The Canadian Association of Journalists is a professional organization with hundreds of members across Canada and active chapters in Montreal, Toronto and the National Capital Region. The CAJ's primary roles are public-interest advocacy and professional development for its members.
