#CAJ14 early bird rates extended to May 2!
OTTAWA, April 24, 2014 /CNW/ - The early bird deadline for #CAJ14 has been extended by a week to Friday, May 2.
This is the last chance to save between $20 and $100 off registration for the conference, which takes place May 9-10 at the Holiday Inn and Suites Downtown Vancouver. We have also worked with the Vancouver Press Club and Newspapers Canada / APME NewsTrain to structure special discounts for those groups, with information about those opportunities available through the VPC and at NewsTrain this weekend.
Registration at early bird rates is available online via the CAJ website.
The conference offers two days of speakers, panels and workshops designed to appeal to journalists working in every medium. As part of the conference, the CAJ Awards will be announced May 10 at a gala and banquet hosted by CBC Radio One On the Coast host Stephen Quinn. Tickets to the gala are included with most full-conference registration and standalone tickets can be purchased through the link above.
The full conference program is available on the CAJ's website.
The CAJ is Canada's largest national professional organization for journalists from all media, representing over 600 members across the country. The CAJ's primary roles are public-interest advocacy and high-quality professional development for its members.
