Caldwell Partners Adds Investment Banking Expert

Constance Kassouf brings more than 25 years of industry and executive search experience

TORONTO, March 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities in the Financial Services Sector with the addition of Constance Kassouf as a Partner.

"With more than 25 years of experience in financial services - both as an investment banker and as a search consultant - Constance has developed a high level of credibility in the market," said Paul Heller, leader of the firm's Financial Services Practice. "She will be a great complement to our team as we continue building a leading investment banking and alternative investments executive search consulting practice."

Ms. Kassouf joins Caldwell Partners from Kassouf Partners, a boutique firm she founded in 2010. She was previously a partner at CTPartners, where she was a leader in the Investment Banking and Private Equity Practice, as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to CT Partners, she was a senior partner at Heidrick & Struggles and Westwood Partners. She began her career with investment banking roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert as an analyst. After earning an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, she continued her investment banking career at Chemical Bank, now JPM and Credit Suisse.
