Caldwell Partners Announces Promotion of Three Principals

TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2018 /CNW/ - Retained executive search firm Caldwell Partners (TSX: CWL) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Sheridan, Liz Bernich and Peter Anselmo, in the New York office, to the role of Principal.

"Kristin, Liz, and Peter have each demonstrated a strong foundation in executive search, deep market knowledge within their practices, direct experience originating searches and serving clients, and a clear market strategy for growing their own business in the years to come," said Paul Heller, managing partner of Caldwell's New York office. Kristin Sheridan brings 12 years of high quality recruiting, candidate and client management, and market expertise to her new role. She joined Caldwell as a Consultant in 2015, and has focused on the legal, risk and regulatory oversight space. In her new role, she will continue to work in legal, risk & compliance, and look to expand Caldwell's reach in that function into existing and new sectors such as financial services, RegTech, medical device and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Sheridan joined Caldwell Partners from CTPartners in 2015. She holds a BS in psychology from the State University of New York in Geneseo.

Liz Bernich has significant experience recruiting executives within the financial services arena, and functional expertise placing marketing/fundraising, financial and operational officers as well as investment executives. In her new role, she will work to apply her expertise to the help expand Caldwell's existing presence within investment management and private equity. Ms. Bernich joined Caldwell in 2009, upon the firm's acquisition of Cromwell Partners. She holds a BS in accounting from Villanova University.

Peter Anselmo brings a strong foundation in search to his new role, having worked in this industry for 13 years. He has industry expertise within information technology and professional services, as well as functional expertise in technology, and plans to focus his time as a Principal on expanding Caldwell's reach into IT services. Mr. Anselmo joined Caldwell from CTPartners in 2015, and previously spent 5 years at Michael Page International. He holds a BA in history from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
