Adam Cotterall promoted to Partner in the firm's Vancouver office
TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that Adam Cotterall has been promoted to Partner in the Vancouver office.

Mr. Cotterall, who joined the firm in 2013, focuses on finding, attracting and hiring top talent to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness. He has particular depth in the technology and financial services sectors with expertise in recruiting CEOs and senior leaders within Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources functions across industries.

Mr. Cotterall joined Caldwell Partners from Right Management, a talent and career management consulting firm, where, as vice president, client services, he helped clients align talent strategy with business strategy. He was previously the associate director of the Learning Strategies Group and Executive Education at Simon Fraser University's Segal Graduate School of Business, where he focused on the design of custom leadership development programs and consulting initiatives driven by the strategic priorities of his corporate clients.
Mr. Cotterall has an MBA from Queen's University and a BBA (joint major in psychology) from Simon Fraser University with a concentration in management and organization studies. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional and was the 2011 Chair of the BC Human Resources Management Association Annual Conference and is an active member of the Vancouver Board of Trade. Additionally, he teaches courses in Organization Strategy & Design, Performance Management, and Organizational Behaviour at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business.
