VANCOUVER, Dec. 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Callinan Royalties (TSXV: CAA) today announces that Institutional Shareholder Services, an independent proxy advisory firm who provides proxy voting recommendations to pension funds, investment managers, mutual funds and other institutions ("ISS") has recommended a vote in favour of all proposed items at Callinan's upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held December 16, 2014.
