LIMOGES, ON, May 23, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - This summer, get ready to face an epic challenge! For its opening day on June 7, the Calypso theme waterpark will welcome visitors with the Jungle Challenge, a brand new, breathtaking attraction that promises lots of fun and laughs.
Both young and old will enjoy this exotic course featuring obstacles and surprises. Intrepid adventurers can try to complete the course by walking on logs, crocodiles and water lilies, while holding onto ropes and nets, all without getting wet!
This new attraction, located on the shore of Jungle Run's tropical river, as well as improvements made to the waterpark's existing installations, represent a total investment of $1 million: "The addition of the Jungle Challenge enables us to diversify once again our offering of water games for the whole family, and aligns perfectly with our goal to provide increasingly exhilarating days and unforgettable experiences to our visitors," said Mr. Guy Drouin, President and CEO of Calypso Theme Waterpark.
As such, adventure seekers and waterslide enthusiasts will be excited to discover this new attraction, as well as their old favourites, such as Boomerango, Turbo Lab or Summit Tower, where thrills and adrenaline combine!
Calypso, Canada's biggest theme waterpark, invites families and friends to come and enjoy its many attractions from June 7 to September 3.
