Canada Day Weekend Fun and Fireworks at Canada's Wonderland

VAUGHAN, ON, June 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Canada's Wonderland is getting ready for an incredible Canada Day Weekend celebration.   A special offer for Canadian Forces, Canada Day fireworks, and an unbeatable live show line-up that includes a breath-taking illumination of water, incredible acrobatic performances and high-flying divers that will entertain guests all weekend long! 

Canada's Wonderland is pleased to announce a special offer for Canadian Forces personnel from Saturday, June 28, 2014 through to Tuesday, July 1, 2014.  As a tribute to the Canadian Forces, all active and retired personnel will receive complimentary admission to the Park which includes full access to the Park's thrilling collection of rides, and the Canada Day fireworks display.  Canadian Forces personnel will also be able to purchase discounted admission tickets for members of their immediate family (maximum of six) at a special Canadian Forces discounted price online at www.cfappreciation.ca, or at the Park.  Valid military ID must be presented at the Park to obtain this special offer. 

Canada's Wonderland will celebrate Canada Day in true Canadian style with a spectacular fireworks display.  The Park will light up the sky with a world-class fireworks show by FXWORXS.  This year's show will feature 6000 explosions and custom fireworks designed just for Canada's Wonderland, set to a soundtrack of some of Canada's biggest hits!   The show takes place on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at approximately 10:00pm, weather permitting, and is included with Park admission.
