Canada Fluorspar Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, Aug. 31 /CNW/ - Canada Fluorspar Inc. (TSX-V: CFI) (the "Company") announces that it granted an aggregate of 2,850,000 stock options ("Options") pursuant to its stock option plan to a total of 11 employees, consultants, officers and directors effective August 25, 2010. All Options were granted at an exercise price of $0.40 per share and shall vest upon the Company commencing production at its St. Lawrence facility. Of the 2,850,000 Options granted, an aggregate of 2,425,000 Options were granted to 6 directors (including one director who is also an officer), one officer and the Company's investor relations consultant. The Options expire on August 24, 2020. Directors of the Company do not receive fees for their services and are granted Options in lieu thereof.
