Canada House Wellness Group Announces Closing of Second Tranche of its up to $3,000,000 Non-Brokered Unit Financing

TORONTO, March 11, 2020 /CNW/ - Canada House Wellness Group Inc. (CSE: CHV) ("Canada House" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that on March 11, 2020 it closed the second tranche (the "Second Tranche") of its previously announced Non-Brokered financing of units ("Units") of the Corporation (the "Offering"). Upon closing of the Second Tranche, the Corporation issued a total of 3,571,429 Units at a purchase price of $0.028 per Unit, to raise gross proceeds of $100,000, bringing the aggregate gross amount raised under the Offering to $2,725,600. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Corporation (each a "Common Share") and one detachable common share purchase warrant of the Company (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable into one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.05 for a period of 36 months following the closing date of the Offering. The net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for general operating and working capital purposes.
All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing of the Offering. Completion of the Offering is subject to regulatory approval.
