TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2019 /CNW/ - Canada House Wellness Group Inc. (CSE: CHV) ("Canada House" or the "Company"), announced today that the Company has closed its previously announced convertible security financing with the Lind Partners ("Lind") for gross proceeds of $2,587,500 CAD by issuing Lind a first convertible security under the convertible security funding agreement dated September 10, 2019.
