Canada's Wonderland Announces Spectacular Entertainment Line-up
New special events and attractions for 35th season will be one of the most impressive in Park history.
VAUGHAN, ON, April 8, 2015 /CNW/ - Canada's Wonderland is thrilled to announce that this season they will be showcasing one of their most extensive special event line-ups in park history. Alongside new attractions in Splash Works, Typhoon and Splash Station, the 2015 season is guaranteed to be filled with extreme thrills and great family entertainment.

West Coast Lumberjack Show: (June 27 – July 12) Internationally recognized for their daredevil lumberjack skills having recently been featured on The Bachelor Canada, Canada's Got Talent and Amazing Race Australia, these lumberjacks will entertain guests of all ages while competing in Log Rolling, Tree Climbing, Axe Throwing, Chainsaw Carving, and more.
Chinese Acrobats: (July 14 – August 3) The Chinese Acrobats will showcase their amazing displays of contortion, flexibility, and control as they push the envelope of human possibility with astonishing juggling dexterity and incredible balancing feats.
Ultimate Thrills Circus: (August 5 – August 23) A spectacular live action experience, the Ultimate Thrills Circus will feature the Cybertron Motorcycle, Russian Swing, Aerial Ring, Wheel of Destiny and the insanities of circus clown – Renaldo.
X-Treme Wheels Stunt Show: (August 25 – September 7) Following tours in the United States, China, India, Europe, and Canada, the CrazeCrew stunt team will take over International Showplace and perform their world class skills, and incredible tricks on BMX bikes, skateboards, inline skates, and next-generation pogo sticks.
FIFA Women's World Cup Trophy Tour – The FIFA Women's World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola will be coming to Canada's Wonderland on Opening Day – May 3
Victoria Day Weekend Celebration: Explosive Fireworks, fire divers and live entertainment – May 17
WoofJocks: Canine All-Stars showcase their tricks and abilities at International Showplace – May & June Weekends
Splash Works Opening Day Splash Party: Splish Splash into our Beach Bash to open Splash Works for the 2015 season – May 30 & 31
Dimensions: A Cirque Experience: Awe-inspiring athleticism returns in this cirque styled spectacle – Daily June 27 – September 7
Kinet-X: Urban acrobats dive and twist above a trampoline, and fly from a 70 foot platform in this high energy show – Daily June 27 – September 7
Canada Day Weekend Celebration: Fireworks, fire divers, live entertainment and more celebrate Canada's Birthday – June 27 – July 1
Food Truck Festival: The Park's inaugural Food Truck Festival will feature local food trucks from the Greater Toronto Area – Date TBD
Starlight Spectacular: The Royal Fountain dances and illuminates with special effects to a backdrop of colours on Wonder Mountain – Nightly June 27 – September 5
Snoopy's Symphony of Water: Snoopy welcomes guests to the park as he orchestrates the Royal Fountain – Weekends starting May 16; Daily June 27 – Labour Day
Victoria Fall High Divers: Performing since our first opening season in 1981, divers leap off a 60 foot platform from Wonder Mountain's Victoria Falls – Daily June 27 – September 7
Charlie Brown's Jungle Journey: Charlie and the rest of the PEANUTS gang go on a wild adventure – Weekends starting May 3; Daily June 13 – Labour Day
Labour Day Weekend Celebration: Join us as we say goodbye to the summer with live entertainment, fireworks and fire divers – September 5 – 7
Oktoberfest: Bringing the spirit of Germany to Wonderland–September 26 & 27, October 3 & 4
Camp Spooky Petting Zoo: This interactive event will feature more than 50 different animals during Camp Spooky – October weekends
With additional special events still to be announced, Canada's Wonderland is excited to open its doors on Sunday, May 3rd to kick off their 35th season, and provide guests with world class thrills and family entertainment.
