Canada's Wonderland Rocks in more ways than one in 2010!
VAUGHAN, ON, April 29 /CNW/ - Canada's Wonderland, home of the most exhilarating collection of rides, roller coasters and water park fun in all of Canada, prepares to open its gates for its 30th season of thrills and excitement. New this season: Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus and Sally have arrived at the Park, and guests have the opportunity to rock at two brand new live shows: Snoopy Rocks on Ice!, and Rock Band(R), Live.
The world's most popular beagle, Snoopy, has a new home this year in Planet Snoopy. The Park's new children's area will feature three brand new rides, reinvented classics, and a cast of lovable new characters. This timeless area is sure to create lasting memories for children of all ages!
Plant Snoopy isn't the only place that guests will find the Peanuts gang this summer, as Snoopy Rocks on Ice! debuts in the Wonderland Theatre. Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy and Linus will thrill guests with great tunes, colourful costumes and sizzling skating starting June 26.
Starting at the end of May, Rock Band(R), Live takes the stage in International Showplace. This one-of-a-kind multimedia experience combines the thrill of a stage show with live music that's guaranteed to rock! Guests will have an all-access pass to the hottest new show with the most triumphant rockers at the Park's Rock Band(R) gaming kiosks being chosen to participate in the show each and every day.
