Canadian Cannabis Retailer Fire & Flower Appoints Nadia Vattovaz Chief Financial Officer
EDMONTON, Feb. 11, 2019 /CNW/ - Fire & Flower, an independent corporate retail cannabis operator with operations in Alberta and Saskatchewan, announces Nadia Vattovaz has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Based out of the Toronto office, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Vattovaz will be responsible for managing the Fire & Flower's finances including financial planning, management of financial risk and reporting.
Ms. Vattovaz comes to Fire & Flower with over 20 years of experience in the executive financial management of major retail brands across Canada. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Vattovaz was the Vice-President of Finance and Procurement for Holt Renfrew Company Ltd. Previously, Ms. Vattovaz was the Vice-President, Finance Shared Services and Systems and Associate Vice President , Retail Finance for Canadian Tire; Vice President of Finance for Bento Sushi; Senior Director, Finance for Maple Leaf Foods; and CFO of Azcar Technologies.
