Canadian National Railway and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference reach new collective agreements - Minister Leitch congratulates both parties Français
OTTAWA, April 17, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, the Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Canadian National Railway (CN) and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference on the renewal of their collective agreements.
These agreements were reached with assistance from the Labour Program's Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). The FMCS provides dispute resolution and dispute prevention assistance to trade unions and employers under the jurisdiction of the Canada Labour Code.
