TORONTO , Dec. 9 /CNW/ - Following shareholder approval, Yonge Street Capital Corp has announced a name change to Ecosse Energy Corp. As a result of the name change the company has been assigned a new CUSIP.

The shares will continue to trade under the symbol "ECS" and will begin trading with the new CUSIP on Thursday, December 10, 2009 .
