TORONTO, April 8 /CNW/ - The common shares of Avaranta Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 1,650,000 common shares outstanding with a public float of 500,000 shares.

Avaranta is a junior natural resource company engaged in the business of exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company's business activities are currently focused on further exploration and development related to its Kobeh Project option consisting of 37 unpatented mineral claims located in Eureka County, Nevada.
