TORONTO, March 12 /CNW/ - The common shares of Beatrix Ventures Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Beatrix will be posted for trading upon completion of their previously announced plan of arrangement, which is expected to be effective March 15, 2010. The Company has 9,670,685 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 8.48 million shares.

Beatrix Ventures is engaged in the business of mining exploration and development of mineral resources properties with a focus in Canada. The Company holds an interest in the Opikeigen Gold Property located in British Columbia and it plans to conduct mineral exploration and development activities on the Property.
