TORONTO, May 26 /CNW/ - The common shares of CLI Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 19,583,372 common shares outstanding with a public float of 18,381,372 shares.

CLI Resources is a junior mineral exploration company whose principal business will be the development of resource properties. In the next twelve months CLI intends to initiate a work program on its Maggie Gold Property aimed at exploiting its small-tonnage, high-grade gold-silver potential.
