TORONTO , Jan. 26 /CNW/ - The common shares of TAC Gold Corp. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 11,980,000 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 8.8 million shares.

TAC Gold is a junior natural resource company engaged in the business of exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company's business activities are currently focused on further exploration and development related to its Belleville Property option consisting of 10 unpatented mineral claims located in Mineral County, Nevada approximately 250 miles northwest of Las Vegas .
