TORONTO, May 11 /CNW/ - The common shares of Tulox Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 4,207,167 common shares outstanding.

Pursuant to an option agreement Tulox may acquire up to a 100% undivided interest in and to the Tulox gold property located in the Clinton Mining Division, British Columbia from Amarc Resources Ltd.
