Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and the Atomic Energy Allied Council reach a new collective agreement Français
Minister Leitch congratulates both parties
OTTAWA, June 29, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, the Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and the Atomic Energy Allied Council on the renewal of their collective agreement.
The agreement was reached with assistance from the Labour Program's Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). The FMCS provides dispute resolution and dispute prevention assistance to trade unions and employers under the jurisdiction of the Canada Labour Code.
