TORONTO, May 26, 2014 /CNW/ - The Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries ("CSCS") is pleased to announce the shortlist for the second annual Excellence in Governance Awards/Prix d'excellence en gouvernance (EGs).

Around 60 nominations were received this year from organizations across all sectors and the shortlisted nominees, organized by category, are presented below:

CSCS would like to acknowledge the contribution of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) to the shortlisting judging.
