It changed his life, and he is convinced it was a miracle. Now he travels the globe investigating other miracles, along with Indre Viskontas, a gifted scientist with a Ph.D. in neuroscience, who approaches the supernatural with a skeptical point of view. In season one, the Miracle Detectives travel throughout the United States investigating such bizarre cases as a man who claims to have x-ray vision and the ability to diagnose illnesses, a young boy whose parents believe is the reincarnated soul of a World War II pilot, and a suburban home where mysterious oil inexplicably oozes from the walls and religious statues.
