Mr. Anand joined CCI in November 2017 as V.P of Government Relations. Since then, he has helped CCI and our clients work with several regulators and key decision makers across the country navigating both the commercial production as well as retail distribution of cannabis for medical and soon non – medical purposes in Canada. In his new role as V.P, Business Development & Government Relations, Mr. Anand will execute on our international growth strategy taking what we do extremely well at home across various countries that look to grapple with cannabis legalization for medical and non-medical purposes around the globe.
Mr. Anand has been deeply involved with Canada's medical cannabis industry and community for more than five years under three different federal sets of regulations known as the MMAR, MMPR and the ACMPR.
Mr. Anand holds a Master's in Business Administration and Management (MBA) from Vancouver Island University.
