Aubrey Dan — Chairman of the Board
Mr. Dan is a renowned business leader, Tony-Award® winning producer and philanthropist who will apply a deep understanding of the Canadian health-care system to help position CannTrust™ as the provider of medical cannabis that is focused on patients and therapeutic outcomes.
A graduate of Western University, Mr. Dan started his career as Director of Sales for Novopharm Limited, his father's company, and was subsequently named President of Wampole, a vitamin and over-the-counter (OTC) manufacturer. It was during the five years that Mr. Dan was at the helm that Wampole established itself as a significant player in the herbal products category and more than doubled sales.
"There are incredible correlations between manufacturing generic pharmaceuticals and OTCs and the production of Medical Cannabis," explains Mr. Dan. In 2002, Mr. Dan founded Dancap Private Equity, a private firm that invests its own funds in mid-market Canadian and international businesses. Mr. Dan has also gained fame as a Tony Award winning theatre producer. He has presented over 25 shows in Toronto and Produced the Canadian production of Jersey Boys which ran for more than two years and was attended by 1.2 million people.
Mr. Dan and his wife Marla are active philanthropists who contribute to a number of health, children's and educational charities such as Sunnybrook Hospital where The Aubrey & Marla Dan Program for High Risk Mothers and Babies is named in their honour.
Brad Rogers — President and COO
Mr. Rogers is a recognized expert in the business of Medical Cannabis production and a creative brand-building marketer. He will apply his talent towards establishing CannTrust's role in the health-care system as Canada's most trusted provider of Medical Cannabis. Known for building high performing teams, Mr. Rogers is responsible for the planning and execution of brand-growth strategies to ensure valued CannTrust customers receive the very best products and support.

Serving as Mettrum's Chief Operation Officer, he was responsible for stewarding the company through its initial MMPR application through to a go-public transaction on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Rogers received an Executive MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in 2011.
